1. The engagement of public organisations in NEW HANSA countries and the establishment of effective interactive mechanisms between all actors 
•    states themselves and
•    individual regions of the states,                              
•    representatives of private business, 
•    political and public figures, 
•    mass media structures, 
•    ethnic diasporas, 
•    NGOs,

as such multi-level structure of interaction will contribute to strengthening Security in the Baltic Sea region and is a good beginning for a transition to a New Model of World Order.

2. Creation of a joint action plan of all the above-mentioned Baltic sea countries for the development of
•    transport
•    financial and trade markets
•    information technology
•    joint investments
•    environmental protection etc.
